Why should change flat dies
We all know that dies flat die pellet machines are the most important and easy to be wore auxiliary equipment. So knowing how to change them is necessary for the owner who operates the pellet machines.
After a long time of usage, maybe there will be something preventing the raw materials free from through the holes of flat dies, and the flat dies may be destroyed, which can affect the lifespan and production capacity of the pellet machines, so when operating the flat die pellet machines for a long time or you found there is something wrong with the flat dies, please change a new die to guarantee the normal use of the flat die pellet machines.
How to change flat dies
At the very beginning when you want to change dies, you’d better wear a pair of work gloves to avoid dirty and hurting your fingers.
First, take down the feeder hopper, then open the safe lock and remove the upper box of the flat die pellet machines. They are easy to operate, you can do it once.
Next, tighten the small fastening bolt with a convenient wrench and screw down the hexagon bolt and checking ring. Later demount the roller with a wrench or some other helper because it is a little hard to remove.
Next, go on to demount the flat position key. Ok, following you should loosen the hexagon nut and demount the hexagon bolt. Please be patient, it’s a little bit tiring but necessary. Remember to remove all the hexagon nuts and bolts. Then fix the hexagon bolts on the two sides of the flat dies to keep balance, then lift up and demount the dies.
