Fine material is sucked into the classifying impeller, entered the discharge chamber, and discharged through the discharge port into the collection system. The coarse material is returned to the grinding chamber for re-grinding, and the coarse material is sucked into the classifying impeller for re-grinding. This system effectively separates and classifies the particles, directing the fine materials toward the designated output and redirecting the coarse particles for reprocessing, thus optimizing the overall efficiency of the pulverizer.
 
4.Feeding System: The feeding system is meticulously designed to ensure the smooth and continuous supply of feed materials into the grinding chamber. It consists of a precisely calibrated feeding screw, a sophisticated arch-breaking device that prevents material bridging, an advanced transmission system for smooth material flow, and a sturdy bracket for structural support, all contributing to the seamless feeding process. Through the feed screw, material enters the grinding chamber. Above the screw is an arch-breaking device that prevents material from arching, and below it is a gravity-driven impurity removal device.
