When it comes to the efficiency and performance of grinding machine processing, numerous factors come into play. Understanding these factors is crucial to ensuring an efficient processing process. Let's delve into some key influencing factors together.

1. Effect of the material to be crushed: The impact of the material being crushed on the operation of the crusher is mainly reflected in aspects such as material strength, fiber content, and moisture content. The greater the material strength, the higher the fiber content, and the greater the moisture content, the greater the power consumption and the lower the output efficiency. 

2. Impact of hammer tip speed: The speed of the hammer tip refers to the linear speed at the end of the hammer. Since the hammer mill mainly relies on the hammers to crush the material, the impact of the hammer tip speed on the performance of the hammer mill is significant. Within a certain range, increasing the end speed of the hammer tip can improve the crushing and discharge capacity of the mill, thereby enhancing the output efficiency. 

3. Impact of hammer thickness and quantity: The influence of hammer thickness on the operation of the mill should consider the relationship between hammer thickness, impact performance, shredding performance, and service life. 

4. Impact of hammer-screen clearance: The hammer-screen clearance has a significant impact on the performance of the mill. The hammer-screen clearance refers to the minimum distance between the end of the hammer on the rotor and the inner surface of the screen. Grain: 4-8mm, straw: 10-14mm, general: 12mm

5. Impact of screens: The effect of screens on the operation of the mill mainly depends on the screen hole diameter, open area ratio, curvature, and effective screening area. Using screens with larger hole diameters can increase the production and efficiency of the crushing while meeting the feed quality standards. 

6. Airflow: Adequate airflow can create a pressure difference between the inside and outside of the crushing chamber, increasing the speed and efficiency of airflow through the screen holes. A ventilation volume of 40m3/min for 1m2 of screen area is recommended.
